CONWAY COMMERCIAL'S DURGIN SELL MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

Paul Durgin, Vice President of Conway Commercial, recently brokered the sale of a medical office building at 190 Quincy Ave., Brockton. Ideally located directly behind Brockton Hospital, the building contained 2,400SF on two levels. Home for over 30 years to a gastroenterology practice, the building will now be occupied by Adaptive Prosthetic & Othotic Technologies.
The property sold for $300,000.

DURGIN OF CONWAY COMMERCIAL SELLS 82,000SF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING FOR $3.9M

Paul Durgin, Vice President of Conway Commercial, recently brokered the sale of
15 Campanelli Circle, Canton. The 82,000SF warehouse/office building, situated on 8 acres, sold for $3,900,000.
 
Built in 1997 the property is well located just off Route 24, on the Canton/Stoughton line. The building has expansion capabilities of 24,000SF.
 
Park Realty Trust was the Seller and the Buyer was DCC 1999 Development Trust.
 
 
 
 
CONWAY COMMERCIAL SELLS MILTON OFFICE BUILDING
 
Paul Durgin, Vice President of Conway Commercial recently sold a multi-tenanted office building at 464 Granite Ave., East Milton.
 
The 14,000SF building is located just off the SE Expressway which allows for easy access and visibility to over 1,000,000 vechiles a week. The occupants are a mix of medical and professional tenants.
 
Durgin respresented the owner, K&C Realty Trust, and procured the Buyer,
Granite Milton Realty Trust. The sale price was $1,500,000.
 
CONWAY COMMERCIAL SELLS QUINCY LANDMARK

Quincy-Conway Commercial, a division of Jack Conway & Company recently brokered the sale of the former Quincy Trust building to CJMPK, LLC and Leo Keka, who will move his restaurant Alba’s, across the street to the new site in the spring.

The 10,000 square foot building, located at 1486 Hancock St., sold for $1.4 million. Keka is in the process of totally renovating the building including the roof-top deck.

Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, represented the owner of the building, the Chin family, and procured the buyer. Assisting in the transaction was Joseph Chan of Conway-Quincy.

“It’s a Quincy landmark,” said Durgin. “It’s exciting to see what the new owner is doing, and the finished product should be a great asset to the community.”

Built in 1918 for $40,000, this classic granite building was originally constructed and occupied by the Quincy Trust Company. The bank left the property in the 1980s, and over the years, it has been home to various retail and restaurant operations.

Durgin, a commercial real estate broker with Conway, has 22 years of experience in brokering commercial and investment property sales.
