Paul Durgin, Vice President of Conway Commercial, joined the Jack Conway Company in 1986 as Director of Corporate Sales. Shortly thereafter he moved over to the Commercial Division, and now is responsible for this very successful division of the Conway Company.

Paul has sold and leased numerous properties throughout Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. He is now very active with the sale of investment property and development sites, and is concentrating much of his efforts in Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, Roslindale, and surrounding areas.

Prior to joining Conway, Paul worked in Operations and administration for the Howard Johnson Company, and in sales for Fleet Bank in Rhode Island.

In addition to his responsibilities for Conway Commercial Paul serves on the Board of Directors of the Plymouth County Development Council as Past President and Director. He also was past Chair of the Real Estate Council of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College. He is presently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
